User Data Deletion

SFXVault uses social login services such as Facebook Login only for account authentication and login.

When you use Facebook Login, SFXVault may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile identifier for the purpose of creating and managing your SFXVault account.

If you would like to delete your SFXVault account or request the deletion of personal data associated with your social login account, please contact us at:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your SFXVault account email address
  • The social login provider you used, such as Facebook or Google
  • A short message stating that you want your account or social login data deleted

After receiving your request, we will review it and delete or anonymize the applicable account data where appropriate.

What Happens After a Request?

SFXVault may ask for limited additional information to verify that the person making the request controls the affected account. This step helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests. Do not send your password, payment card details, or copies of unrelated identity documents unless SFXVault specifically explains why additional verification is required.

Deleting an account may remove access to account features, membership information, and downloads that require an active login. Before requesting deletion, save any records you are legally permitted to retain and review the Terms of Use and SFXVault License for rules that continue to apply to previously downloaded audio.

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Where applicable, data that no longer needs to identify an account holder may be anonymized instead of retained in directly identifiable form.

You may also remove SFXVault from your Facebook account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Facebook
  2. Go to Settings & privacy
  3. Open Settings
  4. Go to Apps and Websites
  5. Find SFXVault
  6. Remove SFXVault from your connected apps

Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete your SFXVault account. If you want your SFXVault account data deleted, please contact us at [email protected].
