Choose the Right Contact Route

For licensing or permission questions, include the project type, where the audio will appear, whether the project is commercial, and which SFXVault pack or track you plan to use. Many common questions about commercial use, attribution, client work, streaming, games, videos, and redistribution are already answered in the SFXVault License and FAQ.

For account, subscription, billing, download, or playback issues, include the email address connected to the account, the affected page URL, the date the problem occurred, and a short description of what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, full payment card details, or other sensitive credentials through the form.

For copyright or ownership concerns, identify the exact page, audio title, and the reason you believe a review is needed. For new audio ideas, use the dedicated Request Sounds page so the request can include the scene, mood, format, and intended use. Clear details help support distinguish technical problems from content requests and respond more efficiently.

Before sending the form, review your message once for missing links, dates, pack names, screenshots, or error details. A single complete message is easier to investigate than several short follow-ups and can reduce delays when the issue involves account access, licensing context, or a specific audio page.
